AI Content Policy

Standards for responsible use of generative AI on GenFlow — empowering creativity while keeping the platform safe, ethical, and compliant.

Overview

GenFlow is an AI-powered creative workflow platform that enables users to generate, edit, and transform text, images, audio, and video using generative AI.

AI Models and Third-Party Services

GenFlow is built on Google's Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (GEAP) and integrates Google's generative AI models, including Gemini, Veo, Imagen, Lyria, Chirp, and Nano Banana, to power text, image, audio, and video generation workflows.

These AI models include built-in safety mechanisms, content moderation controls, and usage restrictions established by Google. Certain prompts or requests may be modified, restricted, or declined if they violate applicable safety policies or technical limitations.

While GenFlow provides the workflow experience and orchestration layer, the behavior, availability, quality, capabilities, and limitations of the underlying AI models are determined by Google and may evolve over time as those services are updated.

Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before publishing or distributing them and for ensuring their use complies with this AI Content Policy, applicable laws, and any applicable third-party AI provider requirements.

Monitoring and Enforcement

To help maintain a safe and responsible platform, GenFlow may:

  • Block prompts that violate this policy
  • Restrict generation of prohibited content
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate this policy
  • Remove content where required by law or necessary to protect the platform, its users, or third parties

Where legally required or appropriate, GenFlow may cooperate with relevant authorities regarding unlawful use of the platform.
